About the Role
As a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) on our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while receiving ongoing training and support from our experienced nursing staff. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, with access to the latest technology and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as well as provide range of motion exercises to residents
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
Qualifications
Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our Restorative Care program.
