Restorative Nursing Assistant - RNA

Job Summary

We are seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our dynamic team. The position offers a starting salary range of $23.65 to $26.86 per hour based on experience and a hiring bonus of $3500 for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing care to help residents regain, enhance, or maintain their physical functions.
• Implement individualized programs to promote mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
• Ensure proper fitting, monitoring, and upkeep of assistive devices to support safe and effective use.

Requirements

• An RNA and CNA license
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified Restorative Aide training course
• Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state
• Thorough proficiency in the use of Adaptive Equipment
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience with behavioral care and memory care
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Qualifications
