About the role
We are currently searching for a fulltime Restorative Nursing Aide to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Harmony House Care Center is rapidly growing and our team is looking to invest in a Restorative Nursing Aide by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Improving the lives of our residents
- Performing mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan
- Aiding residents in attaining the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Assisting residents with assistive devices
- Observing changes in condition
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Maintaining education
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate
- C.P.R. certification
- One (1) year of R.N.A. experience (preferable but not required)

Qualifications
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. certification. One (1) year of R.N.A experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
