Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversight of Franchise processes related to customers and addressing customer needs
• Management of relationships with centers of influence (COIs)
• Scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews according to SERVPRO® Franchise production guidelines
• Documentation, profitability management, and efficiency monitoring of job files
• Training, management, and recruitment of production personnel
• Creation and/or review of job scopes to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Reviewing all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff readiness
• Monitoring, communicating, and responding to customer needs and concerns

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED and IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Xactimate Software experience preferred but not required
• Availability to lead an on-call team on a rotating schedule
• Availability to work overtime during storm events and times of high call volume

Pay Rate

Competitive salary based on experience, as well as commission

Pay Rate: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
