About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager/Estimator to oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role requires strong field management capabilities, attention to detail and proficiency in estimating using Xactimate. We are seeking a knowledgeable industry professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and insurance adjusters and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage emergency mitigation projects from start to finish (water, fire, mold, storm damage)
Coordinate crews, subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
Monitor job progress, timelines and budgets
Maintain clear communication with customers, adjusters and internal teams
Perform accurate job scoping and damage assessments
Create detailed estimates using Xactimate
Review and negotiate estimates with insurance carriers as needed
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners

Requirements

Experience managing mitigation projects cradle to grave
Proficient in estimating using Xactimate
Previous experience negotiating with insurance adjusters
IICRC certification is preferred but not required
Reconstruction experience is a big plus but not required
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
