Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Prepare and review estimates for restoration projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and scope
- Oversee the implementation of restoration plans
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years in Project Management or Estimating
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
- IICRC qualifications: Fire, Water, Mold
- Commercial/Residential construction experience
- Background in reconstruction/mitigation
- Proactive and motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
