Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

About the role

This company seeks a Project Manager/Estimator with 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating, preferably in commercial/residential restoration. The role requires Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience, IICRC qualifications (Fire, Water, Mold), and commercial/ residential construction experience. Candidates must be highly motivated, proactive, able to solve problems creatively, willing to travel, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Prepare and review estimates
• Collaborate with clients and vendors
• Oversee project execution and quality control
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years in Project Management or Estimating
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Skills: Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred; IICRC qualifications (Fire, Water, Mold); Commercial/Residential construction experience
• Background: Background in reconstruction/mitigation
• Personal qualities: Highly-motivated, proactive, creative problem-solver, willing to travel

$90,000 - $110,000/annum
