Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager/Estimator to oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role requires strong field management capabilities, attention to detail and proficiency in estimating using Xactimate. We are looking for a knowledgeable industry professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and insurance adjusters and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage emergency mitigation projects from start to finish (water, fire, mold, storm damage)
• Cook up crew, subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
• Maintain clear communication with customers, adjusters and internal teams
• Perform accurate job scoping and damage assessments
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate
• Review and negotiate estimates with insurance carriers as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners

Qualifications

• Experience managing mitigation projects cradle to grave
• Proficient in estimating using Xactimate
• Previous experience negotiating with insurance adjusters
• IICRC certification is preferred but not required
• Reconstruction experience is a big plus but not required
