As a Restoration Estimator and Project Manager you will make a difference each day, helping customers restore their property to “Like it never even happened.” The role requires strong phone etiquette, analytical skills, detail orientation, multitasking ability, self‑motivation, and superb interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates are proactive, experienced, passionate about superior service, and eager to take ownership while exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians on restoration projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.
- Direct daily field operations, ensuring crew members follow proper procedures and safety standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain workflow to meet project timelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, answering questions and setting expectations throughout the restoration process.
- Write estimates in Xactimate.
- Accurately complete job files, including daily logs, photos, and scope details in SERVPRO systems.
- Inspect work performed by technicians to ensure it meets SERVPRO’s high standards and industry guidelines.
- Coach, support, and develop crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
