About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Contents Manager to lead all aspects of contents restoration services for residential and commercial property losses. The Contents Manager is responsible for assessing, documenting, packing, cleaning, storing and returning customers' personal belongings following water, fire, mold and other property damage events. The Contents Manager will oversee contents technicians, ensure quality standards are met and provide exceptional service during challenging times for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage contents restoration projects from initial assessment through final delivery and pack-back
• Document, inventory, photograph and track customer belongings for restoration and insurance purposes
• Coordinate the packing, transportation, storage, cleaning and restoration of contents
• Maintain accurate job documentation, inventory records and project updates
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors and internal teams
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule and with a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in contents restoration, disaster restoration, cleaning services, moving and storage or related field
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with inventory management and documentation systems is preferred
• Ability to lift, move and transport contents as required

Pay

Base Salary: $70K-$80K + Commission + Bonus
