Restoration Contents Manager

Job Summary

The Restoration Contents Manager will primary be responsible for evaluating, taking inventory, packing, and moving back personal property (contents) and managing crews as required on restoration jobs. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining organization on all job sites while mentoring employees on best practices.

Requirements

- Knowledge and experience of contents restoration processes and procedures - Strong communication skills - Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines - Proven talent for motivating crews - Capable of operating a motor vehicle with a valid Driver’s License - Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends

Compensation

- Base Pay Maximum: $100000 - Base Pay Minimum: $80000 In addition, you will be provided with all the tools you will need to assure success.
