Contents Restoration Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager oversees contents restoration jobs from start to finish, managing field service work, tracking contents, and communicating with clients and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of projects (claims)
• Work with the estimator to develop accurate and timely estimates
• Prepare and submit invoices to insurance carriers
• Schedule work for field crews and cleaning technicians
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the schedule and with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and processes
• Represent the company to the public and to other businesses
• Assess scope of work in the field. Lead or assist packout when needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A willingness to work in challenging conditions
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A willingness to work in various environments
• 2+ years of experience in contents restoration is a plus
• Familiarity with iCat inventory software a plus

Pay

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
