Qualifications
- Four years of basic management training experience with demonstrated experience with one food concept, or
- Bachelor’s degree plus two years of basic management training experience with one food concept
Preferred degree majors/minors: Business & Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management
PCS may be authorized.

Pay
Minimum salary: $62,693.00
Responsibilities
- Administers and facilitates name-brand restaurant franchise training programs
- Reviews, maintains, and revises training materials
- Remains current on all training programs and industry trends
- Recommends and researches new and improved applications of educational technology
- Performs other duties as assigned
