Restaurant /Kitchen Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily FOH & BOH operations
  • Ensuring food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • Training, scheduling, and managing staff
  • Controlling inventory, ordering, and labor
  • Handling guest concerns professionally
  • Managing POS systems (Micros, Toast, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • POS system proficiency required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
