Restaurant Supervisor – Sushi Cabana | Isla Bella Beach Resort

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
• Greet and assist guests, manage seating flow, and support host stand operations
• Monitor dining room activity and maintain high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• “Touch tables” regularly to ensure service quality and gather guest feedback
• Aid in expediting food service and ensure proper timing of courses
• Be present on the floor during peak service periods and support the team as needed
• Lead by example and support team members during service
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating front-of-house team members
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings, reviewing: Service priorities and operational updates, Specials, menu knowledge, and promotions, Guest feedback and service standards, Communicate effectively with management regarding service or operational challenges, Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused team environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or resort dining environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to lead by example and support team members during service
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
