Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, monitor, and coach restaurant staff
- Direct and assign restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
- Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
- Certification in bartending preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations

Compensation range: $17.00 per hour
