Responsibilities

• Provide suggestions and implement ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintain and manage the point of sale system
• Oversee front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensure passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
• Comfortable with technology
• Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests that we serve
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
