• Manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and quality food delivery.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, staff evaluations, and performance management.

Requirements
