About the role
The Harbor District is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction to optimize efficiency and cost control.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay
$20-$22 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 10 PM, with some weekend shifts.
Note: This position is located in the Harbor District and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
