Responsibilities

• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with day-to-day supervision and operation of the outlets.
• Train new associates and assist with scheduling.
• Interact with guests to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist with ordering, complete requisitions, and ensure day-to-day side work is completed by associates.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role in Food and Beverage.
• Thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
• Food handler and TIPS (or equivalent) certifications.
• Familiarity with health department standards.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
