Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff performance and knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced service industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
