Restaurant Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks.
• Assisting staff as required.
• Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, assuring brand standards are upheld.
• Establish and re-inforce side work by restaurant staff, to confirm completion.
• Communicate daily, all special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant.
• Set up and confirm daily, the floor plan and coverage for the day with staff.
• Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar.
• Aid with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels, with the staff.
• Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant dining supervision, with face-to-face interactions with guests.
• Completed Alcohol Service Certification.
• Completed ServSafe Certification.
