Job Responsibilities

• Work with restaurant management to oversee and direct staff for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service, honors lounge, and employee cafeteria.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Assist co-workers as needed, working as a team.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant server experience required, with previous supervisor experience a plus.
• Open availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including Saturdays and Sundays.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and/or full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Well organized.
