Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving the performance of the store
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to increase productivity through coaching and training
• Demonstrate and cultivate Godfather’s Mission, Values, and Culture at the store level
• Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
• Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit/loss statements
• Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy
• Passion for our business and family values
• Ensuring customer satisfaction as a leader of the team
• Reliable attendance, as you are a vital part of our team
• Basic math skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• One or more years of restaurant management experience is preferred (not required)
• College degree is preferred, but not required
• Some positions and locations may require a food handler permit (cost covered by us)
