Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift
- Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out
- Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant
- Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed
- Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
