Restaurant Server / Cashier

About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the front-of-house area of Ian's Pizza Garver, including greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely and accurate bill presentation
• Handle cash transactions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
