About the role
Looking for a career where your effort directly impacts your income? Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Restaurant Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the Greater Boston market. This is a true outside sales role where you'll build relationships with restaurant owners, generate new business, and create your own success.
Responsibilities
- Possess 20-30 businesses each day
- Build relationships with restaurant owners and operators
- Generate new business through cold calling and networking
- Demonstrate Auto-Chlor's cleaning and sanitation solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline from first visit to close
- Partner with installation and service teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
Requirements
No industry experience required. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by earning potential, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Qualifications
- Competitive, self-motivated, and enjoy meeting new people
- Experience in B2B Sales, Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Route Sales, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Retail Management, Account Management, or Customer Service Leadership is a plus

- First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$90,000
- Second-Year Earnings: $90,000-$100,000
