Restaurant Outlets Supervisor

About the role

As our Restaurant Outlets Supervisor, you will work with our front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure all restaurant outlets in the hotel operate in accordance with our high standards of guest satisfaction. You will lead the team in the absence of the Director of Outlets and ensure the satisfaction of our guests who patron the outlets within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house food & beverage team to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Act as the leader in the absence of the Director of Outlets.
• Plan for success and react quickly to unexpected situations.
• Build rapport with both associates and guests.
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Familiarity with the MICROS operating system.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong team player with natural leadership abilities.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
