About the role
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Harpoon Beer Hall, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a food service setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food handler certification preferred.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Attention to detail.
