Cook - Dining Hall

We are seeking a Cook to prepare and cook a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes. Responsibilities include: setting up workstations, measuring, chopping, and preparing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, baking, roasting, and garnishing dishes, and ensuring proper food storage and sanitation. Key duties involve maintaining food safety standards, cleaning work areas, and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Qualifications: prior cooking experience, knowledge of food safety regulations, ability to acquire food safety certification, basic math skills, and strong communication skills. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and the use of PPE.
