Job Grade 4, Tier 1 in Hospitality and Restaurant Operations. Supervisory role.

About the role

Responsible for the overall operation of a restaurant establishment, including implementation and enforcement of all named brand fast food (NBFF) and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines. Oversees financial aspects such as daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day facility performance.
• Promotes great customer service, safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with all NBFF and Exchange standards.
• Develops and mentors associates and supervisors.
• Provides training and follow-up for staff.
• Performs administrative and financial duties to plan and budget facility resources.
• Coordinates timely implementation of all local and brand marketing plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three years of restaurant or related food service management experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree and one year of restaurant or related food service management experience.
• Preferred degree in Restaurant Management.

Work Challenges

• Long hours in warm and/or cold environments.
• Long hours standing.
• Night, weekend, and holiday hours.

Pay

Minimum salary: $54,533.00. Recruitment bonus of $5,000 requires a one-year service agreement.

Schedule

Onsite at Minot AFB, ND. Remote/telework not authorized. PCS authorized for eligible associates; relocation entitlements/allowances may vary. Toured location: 24 months, with possible extension.
