Restaurant Mgr

About the role

Responsible for the overall operation of a restaurant establishment, including implementation and enforcement of all named brand fast food (NBFF) and Exchange standards in accordance with food safety guidelines. Supervises staff and ensures financial aspects of the restaurant are managed, such as daily receipts, fixed assets, and ordering food and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day facility performance.
• Promotes great customer service, safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with all NBFF and Exchange standards.
• Develops and mentors associates and supervisors.
• Trains and follows up with staff.
• Performs administrative and financial duties to plan and budget facility resources.
• Coordinates timely implementation of all local and brand marketing plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of restaurant or related food service management experience.
• Or six months of restaurant or related food service management experience and successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA).

Work Challenges

• Long hours in warm and/or cold environments.
• Long hours standing.
• Night, weekend, and holiday hours.

Pay

Minimum salary: $47,396.00

Schedule

Onsite (Hill AFB). Remote/telework is not authorized. PCS (Permanent Change of Station) authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.
