Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and guest experience standards
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing front and back-of-house teams
• Manage P&L, budgets, food costs, and labor metrics
• Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance across operations
• Drive revenue through team execution and guest satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service concepts
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain diverse teams
• Strong understanding of food costs, labor management, and P&L
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and operational standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay

Competitive salary of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus bonus potential
