We're looking for a Ringleader to join our Yard House team. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a proven track record of leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure consistent epic experiences for guests
• Create a workplace where Team Members are excited to work

Requirements

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
• Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression

$68,000 - $78,000 per year
