Restaurant Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Ringleader to join our Yard House team. The ideal candidate will have current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of their restaurants
• Ensure consistent epic experiences for Guests
• Create a workplace where Team Members are excited to work

Requirements

• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
• Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression

• High school diploma or equivalent

$68,000 - $80,000 per year
