About the role

We're looking for a Ringleader to join our Yard House team. The ideal candidate will have current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service, proven leadership skills, and a stable job history demonstrating career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Create an engaging workplace for Team Members
  • Ensure consistent delivery of epic experiences for Guests
  • Lead and develop a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating career progression

Qualifications

  • Competitive salary with weekly pay, and quarterly bonus eligibility

Pay

$72,000 - $82,000 annually
