We are a new fast casual dining restaurant located in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas. Our concept focuses on delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast casual or similar setting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety standards, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- ServSafe certification is a plus
