About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including menu development, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new menu items based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Manage and motivate a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and safety are maintained.
  • Oversee daily operations to meet budgetary and operational goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of improving restaurant profitability.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
