About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including menu development, staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new menu items based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Manage and motivate a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and safety are maintained.
- Oversee daily operations to meet budgetary and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record of improving restaurant profitability.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
