About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and quality food production.
  • Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain high standards of employee performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to minimize waste and costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
