About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and quality food production.
- Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain high standards of employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing to minimize waste and costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
Skills

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
