About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Middlebrook restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and health regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
