About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Middlebrook restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and budgeting to minimize waste and maximize profits.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions to boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and health regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid food handler’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
