Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and menu preparation.
• Engage with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to exceed expectations.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
