Restaurant Manager

About the role

YaYa's Euro Bistro is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our management team. In this role, you will manage restaurant back of house/kitchen and front of house/service teams, supporting the General Manager in a fast-track capacity. You will work as a member of the restaurant management team in a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen and front of house / service teams
• Support the General Manager in a fast-track capacity
• Perform assistant manager roles and duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of current full-service restaurant manager experience required
• 2–4 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
