Responsibilities

• Build operational excellence and ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of the business.
• Train and mentor new Team Members to ensure they have the skills to succeed.
• Collaborate with other managers to maintain high standards across all locations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Variety of degree requirements by location.
• At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position.
• Positive and friendly team player who genuinely loves great food and wants to provide superior service to our Guests.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
