About the role
As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional guest service
- Work closely with the home office to address any operational issues
- Support the store manager in achieving financial goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
