Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• The hands-on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
• Maintaining initiatives in the areas of: Administrative responsibilities, Interviewing, hiring & training, Performance reviews, Product quality, Maintenance.
• Working a 40-50 hour work week.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or University degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of P & L statements.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in the areas of: Communication, Leadership, Conflict resolution.
