Restaurant Host (Luk Fu) - Bossier City

Greeting / Welcoming and Seating Guests

• Greets restaurant guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ensures guests are seated in a timely manner, and that the guest has a favorable dining experience.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Assigning wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurant.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

• Must possess good communication skills.

Must-Haves

• Bossier City Alcohol Beverage Operators (ABO) certification prior to the first day of employment.

Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.

Experience

• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
