Restaurant General Manager - No Late Nights

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily restaurant operations and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Leadership and management of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Maintenance of high standards of food quality and customer service
• Implementation of effective cost control strategies and management of budgets
• Analysis of sales and financial figures to drive profitability
• Development and implementation of promotional strategies to increase customer traffic
• Fostering a positive and productive team culture
• Resolution of customer complaints and ensuring a satisfactory dining experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Effective communication skills for team and customer interaction
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus

Pay

Average annual salary range: $82,000 - $90,000
