Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards
  • Develop and execute innovative menu items that align with current food trends
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage food cost to maximize profitability
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation across all dishes
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experiences
  • Implement and maintain sanitation practices and health regulations
  • Continuously evaluate kitchen processes for improvement and efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
  • Proven experience in menu planning and food cost management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred

Benefits
