Responsibilities
- Manage P&L, inventory, food costs, and daily financial performance
- Hire, train, and mentor a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team
- Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction through operational excellence
- Execute promotions, manage scheduling, and optimize labor costs
Requirements
- Proven fast casual or restaurant management experience
- P&L management and strong financial acumen
- Excellent hiring, training, and team development skills

Pay
Competitive salary: $55,000-$62,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity
