Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and P&L management
- Lead, develop, and retain a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team
- Drive food quality, safety standards, and guest satisfaction consistently
- Execute company standards while adapting to local market needs
- Manage labor, inventory, and profitability targets
Requirements
- 3+ years managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Proven track record with P&L ownership and budget management
- Strong people leadership with team-building experience
- Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and restaurant compliance
- Passion for guest service and continuous operational improvement
